SHIPPING

Shipping will be applied to orders at checkout.

Shipping charges are calculated based on the shipment service level, shipment weight or volume, as well as the final ship-to destination.  Note, certain remote areas within Canada have limited delivery service and this results in a high shipping cost.

Orders will be shipped with Canada Post, and at checkout, you have the option of selecting on of the following shipment service levels:

                Regular Parcel

                Xpresspost, or

                Priority

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation of the shipment along with a tracking number to check the status of your order.

Please note that Oyaco reserves the right not to ship and cancel an order for any reason.

Shipment Receiving Guidelines:

These guidelines must be followed to ensure the option of returning any of the products purchased:

When receiving the package:

-          Check to ensure you have received the proper number of package(s)

-          Check for damaged packaging

Unpack all contents to ensure that you were shipped the correct items.  If there are any damages or shortages they must be reported immediately (within 24 hours) using our Return Policy.

Order turn-around time:

It is important to us that we ship your purchase as quickly as possible.  We typically ship in-stock orders within 1 - 4 business days. In some instances when items are thought to be in stock but are not available you will be notified via email of the options available to you prior to your order shipping.  Please note we reserve the right not to ship any orders for any reason.  If your order has a problem and cannot be shipped, we will contact you with a potential resolution.

We ship Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

RETURNING YOUR ORDER

Merchandise being returned must:

  1. Be unused and in the original packaging. All original documents, components and accessories must be included.
  2. Be in a saleable condition with no indications of use.
  3. Not be a final sale item, or an item falling within the hygienic grouping described below.

No returns will be accepted without a receipt.

If you would like to make a return, please follow these steps:

-          Take a photograph of the item(s) you would like to return to show it is in its original packaging and condition;

-          Send your photo, along with your order number and the reason for your return to info@oyaco.com;

-          Our team will process your return and email you an RGA number along with instructions for returning your order;

-          Once your return is received and confirmed to be in original condition, we will process your refund.

Please note that shipping fees incurred when sending the order out are non-refundable.

Our customers can always be confident that our products are completely new, unused and attain a high standard of quality.

The following items are Final Sale:

Clearance/Sale items

Items that have been removed or taken out of their original packaging

Items that have been assembled or modified

Special order items

Returning Damaged / Defective Products:

Damaged / defective items must be reported within 5 business days of receiving your order. We recommend that you take pictures of the damages prior to opening any packages and email them to info@oyaco.com along with your order number and receipt.


These return guidelines must be carefully followed to ensure there are no issues when returning your product:
1. Call us at 1-866-768-4224 and request to speak to a customer returns specialist.
2. The returns specialist will record your information and give you a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number.  This number is our tracking number for your return and must be referenced in all communications.
3. Follow the directions given by the return specialist to return your order.  It is extremely important that you mark your RGA number on the outside of your package.

Returns will be processed within 10 business days of receipt by Oyaco.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Due to our commitment to process online orders as quickly as possible, cancellation requests must be submitted within 3-hours from the time of order placement.

Please send your cancellation request to info@oyaco.com, or call us toll free at 1-866-768-4224  with your order number. Please note that sending in a cancellation request does not mean that your order is immediately cancelled. Cancelled orders will be confirmed in writing via email. In the event that your order cannot be cancelled, please refer to the return policy.
